There she immersed herself in every facet of real estate operations, sharpening her skills as a strategist and leader. With a master’s degree in education and a role as a mentor at the University of Washington’s Runstad Department of Real Estate, Shelly has empowered countless brokers to excel in today’s competitive real estate landscape.
