The Windermere Foundation
With every closed transaction, our brokers donate a portion of their commission to the Windermere Foundation, which is committed to making local communities a better place to live for our most disadvantaged neighbors. Housing is our business, so helping homeless and low-income families — with an emphasis on helping children — has been Windermere’s way of giving back.
Bringing Communities Together
Once a year, Windermere agents and staff also dedicate a day of work to those in need. On Community Service Day, Windermere Summit volunteers their time on everything from senior centers and playgrounds to food banks, neighborhood clean-ups and more. These hands-on projects benefit a wide variety of community-based organizations.
